If you cannot prove the auto was actually repaired you will not qualify for any type of settlement reimbursement. Examples of proof of repair can come in the form of a credit card receipt or a cancelled check. Ford might not stand for Found On Road Dead but this lawsuit is not going to help their net worth or reputation.
