Michaels Stores is the target of a class action lawsuit claiming that consumers may have been exposed to identity theft when shopping at Michaels stores. The deadline to file a claim in the case will be May 25, 2013. The settlement fairness hearing will be held at the United State District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
