You must also be a legal resident of the United States and complete a short online registration application. Once enrolled you will enjoy 10% back in Rewards on ink, toner, paper and copy and print services when you use your Worklife Rewards when shopping at Office Depot. There is no membership charge and Bonus Rewards on additional products are available through out the year. If you only shop at the Office Depot every once in a while you might want to think about passing on this reward program. There is no limit to the amount of rewards you can earn and rewards can be checked online by going to the “Rewards Status” link on the web portal. Please note that the reward periods are as follows: January 1 – March 30, April 1 – June 30, July 1 – September 30 and October 1 – December 31. Rewards are redeemed when a minimum of $10 has been earned within a Rewards period. Once you are ready to redeem your reward you will have to print a certificate. A working computer and Internet connection will be needed in order to print the certificate. If your rewards certificate is lost or stolen it will not be able to be replaced. Rewards can be used in store or online and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances. If you have lost your MyWorkLifeRewards card please check out the “Print Your Member Card” link on your account page and drive over to your local Office Depot to have the card laminated for free.
